Lil Wayne WIP

This is my first painted portrait work that Im hoping to actually complete for once. I'm having a hard time with the hands and dreads so if anyone can help me out with that it would be awesome! Either way i'm not giving up on this one..I will keep working on it till it is COMPLETED (not usual for me)
